Shipping Policy – Capybara-Fix

We aim to keep things fast and trackable — no one likes waiting for respawns.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders for parts and accessories ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Mail-in repairs are returned once the service is completed (we’ll update you when it’s on its way).

  • We don’t ship on weekends or holidays — even MrCapy needs a save point.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • All orders are shipped via tracked services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes outside the UK.


3. Mail-In Repairs (Sending to Us)

  • You are responsible for safely packaging your device and covering postage when sending it in.

  • Tip: Use plenty of padding — controllers don’t like critical hits.

  • We are not liable for damage or loss before the package reaches us.


4. Returns & Exchanges Shipping

  • If returning a part/accessory (unused and within 30 days), the customer covers return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • For repairs, once work has started, returns aren’t possible (see Returns Policy).


5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

  • If your package is delayed, contact the courier with your tracking info first.

  • If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll help chase it down.
