Returns & Refunds Policy – Capybara-Fix

We want every player to be happy with their gear. Here’s how returns and refunds work at Capybara-Fix.


1. Parts & Accessories

  • Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, contact us with your order number.

  • You cover return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.


2. Custom Services & Repairs

  • Once repair or installation work has started, the service is non-refundable.

  • If an issue arises with a repair, it may be covered under our warranty (see Warranty Policy).

  • We don’t refund for user damage, liquid damage, or tampering after service.


3. Warranty Returns

  • Repairs include a limited warranty (30–90 days depending on service).

  • Warranty covers the specific fault repaired, not new or unrelated issues.

  • If eligible, we’ll re-do the repair free of charge.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for banks/payment providers to release funds.


5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened parts/accessories.

  • Devices sent without proper packaging and damaged in transit.

  • Services already completed as requested.
