Do you offer warranty?
Yes! All repairs come with a 90-day parts and labor warranty. This covers:
- Parts we fitted
- Labor involved in the repair
If the same issue returns within that time, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
How do I send my console or controller to you?
Easy — just follow these steps:
- Pack it securely with bubble wrap or padding
- Place inside a sturdy box
- Post to our service address (provided after checkout)
Do you buy or sell consoles?
Nope — we’re all about repairs and upgrades. Think of us as the Capybara mechanics for your gaming gear, not a reseller.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We handle returns like this:
- Accessories: return within 30 days if unused
- Repair services: covered by our No Fix, No Fee policy

Service & Repairs
Do you provide a quote before repair?
Yes — prices are listed on each service page. If we find additional issues during inspection, we’ll contact you before doing any extra work.
What if you can’t fix my device?
Then you don’t pay — our No Fix, No Fee policy means exactly that. We’ll only charge return postage if the repair can’t be completed.
Do I need to include cables, controllers, or just the console?
Just the console (or controller if that’s what’s being repaired). Please keep your power cables, docks, and games at home unless we specifically ask for them.
Can you fix water-damaged devices?
Sometimes — success depends on how quickly the device was dried and how much damage occurred. We’ll inspect it and let you know if it’s repairable.

Are your parts original or third-party?
We use a mix of high-quality OEM and aftermarket parts depending on availability and what’s best for the repair. We’ll always choose the most reliable option.
Do you sell official accessories too?
Yes — where available, we stock official chargers, controllers, and other accessories. When not available, we offer vetted, high-quality alternatives.
Do you install shells, skins, or custom parts I supply?
Yes — if you send in your own shells or parts, we can install them as part of our Custom Fit service. Just make sure the parts are compatible and good quality.
Please note: our warranty doesn’t apply in this scenario, since you’re providing the part.

Do you accept walk-ins?
No visits to the Capybara Den — capybaras are very shy. 🦫

Only if you’re a time-travelling capybara. For everyone else, repairs usually take 7–14 working days once we receive your device. ⏳
